lucy cahill is a Detroit-based visual artist, specializing in illustration and poster design. her work takes inspiration, as well as source materials, from the golden age of advertising and print media, and centers around ideas of femininity and feminism, power, and the body. imagery from rock’n’roll, poster art, and B movies also inform her work.
