zoe is a participatory designer and artist from san rafael, california living in detroit. she is a member of Homeboat, a collective focused on centering marginalized people across geographies, and the founder of Flower Press, an equitable publishing practice seeking to decentralize the means of production for artists. she has a formal background in design with deep practical experience in ethnographic research, cooking magical meals, and play. her work has been featured in the Cannes Film Festival and the New York Times. she was recently an artist in residence with Blue Sky Center in new cuyama, california.
